Our Services
The difficult hillside terrain made the project challenging, yet Excel Engineering was able to overcome these difficulties with expert civil engineering and land planning services. This included site modeling, mapping and design, entitlements, grading plans, improvement plans which included water, sewer, fire, storm drain and water quality infrastructure.
