Mission 316 West is a 67-unit multi-family dwelling project consisting of three stories townhomes on hillside site in the Heart of the City and the Richmar Specific Plan Areas.
Our Services
Excel Engineering was part of the support team that provided the site planning, engineering, and surveying services. These included support of the General Plan Amendment, Specific Plan Amendments, Tentative Subdivision Map, Environmental Impact Report, and Multifamily Site Development. The project also included a request for a grading variance for slopes over 20 feet and a Conditional Use Permit for a temporary rock crusher.
Excel Engineering also completed the projects construction documents which included precise grading plans, public improvement plans, Final Map & BRE documents. The project construction started in January 2021.
