A proposal is under way for the Galloway Gun Club and Shooting Range in Riverside. One of the main challenges of the project is that a property boundary had to be reestablished around the location of original rock mound that was set in 1851.
Our Services
A previous survey performed by another company was submitted and rejected by the county. Excel Engineering retraced the original survey performed in 1851, using topographic feature notes from the original surveyor. It was able to find many of the original stone mound section corners that had previously been noted as lost on many surveys.
The recorded survey re-established the correct section lines and increased the perceived size of the client’s property.
